Chef Joseph has worked at many fine restaurants, but has also owned his owned fine restaurants, Pikkas Peruvian Cuisine and Taita Fusion Cuisine, both in Denver Colorado. Chef Joseph has made several media appearances as an expert chef, including The Denver Post an 5280 Magazine.
